This Privacy Policy explains how the app service provider (the "Operator") handles personal information in operating the MartGaja app (Android).

1. Personal information the Operator directly collects

MartGaja has no sign-up, login, or social login.
The shopping list and category data you enter are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to or stored on the Operator's servers.

2. Information collected by a third party (Google) — Advertising

This app serves banner ads through Google AdMob. To deliver ads, Google may automatically collect the following information.

3. Information collected by a third party (Google) — App analytics (Firebase Analytics)

This app uses Google Firebase Analytics to improve the service. Firebase Analytics anonymously collects and analyzes app usage patterns, and the collected information is used only in aggregated, statistical form.

The collected data is processed only as anonymous statistics that cannot identify individuals, and is not sold to third parties.

To disable data collection: on your device under Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization, or by turning off "Usage & diagnostics" sharing in device settings.

4. Information collected by a third party (Google Play) — In-app purchases

If you purchase the "Remove Ads" feature, it is processed through the Google Play billing system. Payment information (card number, transaction history, etc.) is managed by Google, and the Operator only receives whether the payment succeeded. The Operator does not store or access payment information.

5. Internet access

The app connects to the internet to load ads, process purchases, and send app usage statistics. All core features—such as adding and checking off shopping list items—work fully offline, even without internet. Analytics events generated while offline are temporarily stored on the device and sent automatically when a network connection is available.

6. Children's privacy

MartGaja is not directed at children under the age of 14. Users under 14 should use the app with the consent of a guardian.

7. Changes to this policy

If this Privacy Policy changes, we will give notice through this page 7 days before the change takes effect. Significant changes will be separately announced via a pop-up when the app is updated.

본 앱은 서비스 개선을 위해 Google Firebase Analytics를 사용합니다. Firebase Analytics는 앱 사용 패턴을 익명으로 수집·분석하며, 수집된 정보는 집계·통계 형태로만 활용됩니다.

4. 제3자(Google Play)가 수집하는 정보 — 인앱결제

'광고 제거' 기능을 구매하는 경우 Google Play 결제 시스템을 통해 처리됩니다. 결제 정보(카드번호, 결제 내역 등)는 Google이 관리하며, 운영자는 결제 성공 여부만 전달받습니다. 운영자는 결제 정보를 저장하거나 열람하지 않습니다.

5. 인터넷 접속

앱은 광고 로드, 구매 처리, 앱 사용 통계 전송을 위해 인터넷에 접속합니다. 인터넷 없이도 쇼핑 목록 추가·체크 등 핵심 기능은 모두 오프라인으로 동작합니다. 오프라인 중 발생한 분석 이벤트는 기기에 임시 저장되었다가 네트워크 연결 시 자동으로 전송됩니다.

6. 어린이 개인정보 보호

마트가자는 만 14세 미만 어린이를 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 사용자는 보호자의 동의 하에 사용하여 주시기 바랍니다.

7. 방침 변경 안내

본 개인정보처리방침이 변경될 경우, 변경 7일 전 이 페이지를 통해 고지합니다. 중요한 변경사항은 앱 업데이트 시 팝업으로 별도 안내합니다.

4. 第三者（Google Play）が収集する情報 — アプリ内課金

「広告削除」機能を購入する場合、Google Playの決済システム を通じて処理されます。 決済情報（カード番号、購入履歴など）はGoogleが管理し、運営者は決済の成否のみを受け取ります。 運営者は決済情報を保存・閲覧しません。

5. インターネット接続

アプリは広告の読み込み、購入処理、アプリ利用統計の送信のためにインターネットに接続します。 インターネットがなくても、買い物リストの追加・チェックなど 主要機能はすべてオフラインで動作します。 オフライン中に発生した分析イベントは端末に一時保存され、ネットワーク接続時に自動的に送信されます。

6. 子どもの個人情報の保護

MartGajaは14歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。 14歳未満のユーザーは保護者の同意のもとでご利用ください。

7. ポリシー変更のお知らせ

本プライバシーポリシーが変更される場合、変更の7日前にこのページでお知らせします。 重要な変更はアプリ更新時にポップアップで別途ご案内します。
